ONLINE LEARNING FOR COUNSELLORS & PSYCHOTHERAPISTS

WORKSHOP RECORDING DETAILS

In January Dawn presented a fantastic workshop which the participants found really useful both for themselves and for their client group. Lots of people asked Dawn to share more of her wisdom, expertise, and insight and so we are offering a further session. You do not need to have attended the first workshop to attend this one.

The presentation will discuss a range of diet and lifestyle approaches that can support healthy brain function to improve health and happiness and consider when it’s OK to go it alone and when it may be wise to seek professional support. We will be focusing on stress, an inevitable part of life that is difficult to control but it is possible to change the way we react. Dawn Waldron digs deeper into the way our personal neurotransmitter patterns can impact our individual ability to cope with stressful events. By understanding our own stress response, we can learn to support ourselves when the going gets tough.
