Read MoreA much needed conversation, but just a start. Listening to Divine and colin’s journey into the PCA was a joy to hear and resonated with my own life experience and love for Rogers’ approach. As for the conversation around working with diverse communities and cultural competence, it’s clear to hear that this topic needs so much more discussion. I think Training providers could be assessing whether they, and the curriculum, are culturally competent to meet the needs of their students.
